Dear ABA customers,

We would like to advise you to be extra vigilant with any Facebook pages or posts that are pretending to be ABA Bank's official page.

ABA’s official Facebook page is the only place where you get our latest news, genuine information, and reliable support. Look for the blue checkmark next to the Bank’s name for authenticity!

The posts from these fake Facebook pages can contain links to external resources that may look very similar to the official resources of ABA Bank but have the wrong spelling or missing a letter on purpose.

The common trick scammers use is to inform people to join a cash giveaway that requires you to provide access to your bank account and you need to provide your login credentials to the sender in order to regain access.

Please remember – all such posts are trying to scam you! ABA Bank will never request to confirm your bank card number, Internet Banking login/password, ABA Mobile login or other confidential details.

Read the following important tips to stay protected while banking online:

  • Never give anyone, including those pretending to be ABA employees, the security codes obtained from ABA via SMS or push notification;
  • Never reveal or provide the details that were used to register your ABA Bank account to anyone;
  • Never share the phone number connected to your ABA Mobile app with the public;
  • Change the PIN code of your ABA Mobile app and card on a regular basis;

When in doubt, call us at 1 800 203 203 (free of charge inside Cambodia) or +855 98 203 333 (when overseas).

If you saw a suspicious Facebook post pretending to belong to ABA Bank and you cannot verify its authenticity, please immediately report to us at info@remove-this.ababank.com

Share this information with your family and friends to help them stay protected!
