Terms and conditions
- This promotion is exclusive for the ABA Mobile users.
- Every payment made with ABA PAY on the foodpanda app automatically generates one lucky draw entry.
- The promotion is applicable to all service sections in the foodpanda app, including food delivery, pick-up, pandasend, and groceries.
- There will be two winners for the iPhone 15 and 600 winners for the $10 foodpanda voucher in this promotion. The winners will be identified in a lucky draw after the promotion ends.
- ABA and foodpanda's staff are not eligible to win iPhone 15.
- The two iPhone 15 winners will be contacted by ABA Bank to claim the prizes only via the phone number 098 203 203 within 15 working days after the promotion ends. The lucky iPhone 15 winners must claim the prize within three days after being contacted by ABA Bank. If the prize is not claimed during the assigned redemption time, a new prize winner will be identified.
- The $10 foodpanda voucher will be credited directly to the 600 winning foodpanda app users no later than 15 working days after the promotion ends. The winner can find their $10 voucher code in their Vouchers and Offers section in the foodpanda app.
- There will be no repeat winners, and the prize is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
- By participating in this promotion, the iPhone 15 winners will automatically be required to participate in publicity activities where their picture, name, and country of residence may be disclosed to the public.
- ABA Bank and foodpanda reserve the right at their discretion to change or amend the terms and conditions or terminate this promotion without prior notice.
- ABA Bank and foodpanda’s decision on any matter will be final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
