Terms and Conditions
- This promotion applies to all ABA Visa cardholders, including virtual cards.
- The special fare will only be applicable for air tickets bought through the EVA Mobile app or from the EVA Air website. The promotion is valid only for departure from Phnom Penh, Cambodia to the applicable destinations in Japan, where EVA Air operates.
- ABA Visa cardholders can book with the special fare starting from $466 to the following destinations in Japan:
- Tokyo
- Osaka
- Fukuoka
- Komatsu
- Matsuyama
- Okinawa.
- ABA Visa cardholders can book tickets with the special fare starting from $712 to the following destinations in Japan:
- Sapporo
- Sendai
- Aomori.
- The special fare promotion applies to Business Class and Economy Class airfares but is subject to available seats, cabin classes, and flight schedules.
- Every successful booking with ABA Visa for an EVA Air ticket to Japan in the promo period will generate one lucky draw entry.
- The promotion will have the winners as follows:
- One winner of the grand prize – the trip to Tokyo for two.
- Two winners of the EVA Air aircraft model.
- The lucky draw will be conducted electronically on 8 January 2026.
- An ABA Visa cardholder can win only once in this promotion.
- The components of the trip package, as well as items not included, are outlined as follows:
- Visa application fee for two people to Japan,
- Two round-trip tickets (Economy Class) on EVA Air between Phnom Penh and Tokyo,
- Three-night accommodation in Tokyo,
- Transportation between the hotel and the airport in Tokyo,
- All expenses related to meals, personal purchases, and any other costs incurred before/during the winner's stay in Tokyo that are not expressly included in the prize package are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- ABA Bank will contact the winners via the phone number 098 203 203 to claim the prize. The winners will be required to visit ABA Bank's Head Office and complete the prize redemption process by signing the official Prize Redemption Form within three working days from the date of notification. Failure to do so will result in an automatic disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to the new winner at ABA Bank's discretion.
- By accepting the prize, the grand prize winner agrees to all components of the travel package as outlined above and commits to cooperating fully with the designated travel agency and ABA Bank in providing the documents for the travel arrangement.
- ABA Bank will ensure that the flight and accommodation arrangements meet a reasonable standard of quality. All components of the prize are determined solely at the discretion of ABA Bank. The winner may not request any changes, upgrades, or substitutions to the travel arrangements provided. However, the winner may request additional services or upgrades at their own expense, subject to availability and approval by ABA Bank.
- The grand prize winner must complete their trip within three months from the date of selection. The specific travel dates will be mutually agreed upon by ABA Bank and the winner, based on the actual availability of flights and hotel accommodations. ABA Bank reserves the right to propose travel dates and arrangements that align with the scope and value of the awarded package. In cases where the requested travel dates or arrangements exceed the scope of the package, ABA Bank may suggest alternative options or, if necessary, decline the request.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of ABA Bank, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, public health emergencies, or any incident occurring in or near Tokyo that may impact travel safety or feasibility, ABA Bank shall not be held liable for any delay, modification, or cancellation of the travel package. ABA Bank reserves the right to reschedule, alter, or withdraw the offer if such events prevent the fulfilment of the package as initially planned.
- If the grand prize winner voluntarily abandons the prize or is unable to travel on the agreed dates due to personal reasons, ABA Bank reserves the right to disqualify the winner and withdraw the prize. No alternative compensation or rescheduling will be provided in such cases.
- The prize is non-convertible for cash or other items. The prize can be transferred to another ABA Visa cardholder through written confirmation by the original grand prize winner.
- By participating in this promotion, the grand prize winner will automatically be required to participate in publicity activities where their name and picture may be disclosed to the public.
- This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions offered by EVA Air and ABA Bank.
- The ticket is refundable depending on the EVA Air ticket's terms and conditions (Fare Rules). In case of a malfunction of the booking website, the customer should contact the EVA Air service counter or call 023 962 528.
- ABA Bank and EVA Air reserve the right to terminate this program or vary, delete, or add to any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
- ABA Bank and EVA Air's decision on any matter will be final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
