Terms and conditions
- The promotion is available exclusively to all ABA Mobile app users who scan to pay ABA KHQR or ABA POS.
- The promotion is valid for the purchase of fuel or Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) at all TELA KHMER gas stations throughout Cambodia for the Campaign period.
- An ABA Mobile user is entitled to a lucky draw entry for the following transaction amount:
- 1 Lucky Draw entry for the transaction amount from 8,000 to 159,999 KHR.
- 3 Lucky Draw entries for the transaction amount of 160,000 KHR and above.
- The tickets that are not selected for any prize will be eligible for the next draw.
- There is a total of 903 (Nine Hundred and Three) winners in the promotion:
- 1 winner of a 100 million KHR First Grand prize.
- 1 winner of a 30 million KHR Second Grand prize.
- 1 winner of a 10 million KHR Third Grand prize
- 200 winners of a 400,000 KHR monthly cash prize for the draw on 7 August 2026.
- 200 winners of a 400,000 KHR monthly cash prize for the draw on 7 September 2026.
- 500 winners of a 400,000 KHR Consolation Prizes in the final draw on 7 October 2026.
- The lucky draw schedule is as follows:

- Winner selection: 200 winners of the 400,000 KHR monthly cash prizes.
- Eligible transaction period: 1 – 31 July 2026
- Second lucky draw on 7 September 2026
- Winner selection: 200 winners of the 400,000 KHR monthly cash prizes.
- Eligible transaction period: 1 July 2026 till 31 August 2026
- Third lucky draw on 7 October 2026
- Winner selection:
- 1 winner of the 100 million KHR First Grand prize,
- 1 winner of the 30 million KHR Second Grand prize,
- 1 winner of the 10 million KHR Third Grand prize,
- 500 winners of the 400,000 monthly cash prizes.
- Eligible transactions period: 1 July 2026 till 30 September 2026.
- Winner selection:
- First lucky draw on 7 August 2026
- Prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-replaceable, and cannot be exchanged for any other items or benefits.
- Each ABA Mobile user can win only one prize for each lucky draw on 7 August, 7 September, and 7 October 2026.
- ABA Bank will not contact the monthly prize winners for prize redemption. The winners will be announced on ABA Bank and Kampuchea Tela's social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram and Telegram. The prize will be credited to the winners' ABA account within fifteen (15) working days after the lucky draw.
- ABA Bank will attempt to contact the grand prize winners via the phone number 098 203 203 for three calendar days to confirm acceptance of the prize. The winner must verbally confirm their acceptance of the prize during this time. Failure to respond or confirm within the three days will result in disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to a new winner at ABA Bank and Kampuchea Tela's discretion.
- The grand prize winners will be invited to visit ABA Bank's Head Office to claim the prize by signing the Prize Redemption Form.
- The grand prize winners must claim the prize within ten (10) working days from the date of notification. Failure to do so will result in an automatic disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to the new winner at ABA Bank's and Kampuchea Tela's discretion.
- The grand prizes will be credited to the winner's account within five (5) working days after the completion of the prize redemption process.
- By participating in this promotion, the winners are required to participate in publicity activities or promotional activities related to the lucky draw, including but not limited to using their name and image in marketing materials.
- The ABA Bank and Kampuchea Tela staff are not eligible for the promotion.
- ABA Bank and Kampuchea Tela reserve the right to change or amend the terms and conditions, or to terminate this promotion, without prior notice.
- ABA Bank and Kampuchea Tela's decision on any matter related to this promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
