The FIFA World CupTM is coming back!
To celebrate this special occasion, ABA and Visa are giving away a five-day all-inclusive trip for two to the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM Quarter-Finals as well as hundreds of FIFA limited-edition merchandise to ABA Visa cardholders.
To win the trip for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM Quarter-Final, spend a minimum of $200 with your ABA Visa card to get one entry to the lucky draw that will run at the end of the promotion. To win the FIFA limited-edition merchandise, be among the first 500 winners who issue a new ABA Visa plastic card and accumulate valid spending of $200.
Promotion Period: 4 August – 30 September 2022 (both days included).
Promotion Mechanics
To win the five-day hospitality package for two at the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM Quarter-Finals:
- All ABA Visa cardholders (including Virtual Card) must make at least one valid purchase of a minimum of $200 to avail of one lucky draw entry.
- The lucky draw and winner announcement will be made within seven working days after the end of the promotion.
To win the limited-edition gift of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM:
- Issue a new ABA Visa plastic card and be among the first cardholders who spent at least $200 during the promo period to get the prizes as below:
- First 150 to reach accumulative valid spending of $200 will get a FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM limited edition football.
- Next 150 to reach accumulative valid spending of $200 will get a FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM barrel bag.
- The following 200 to reach accumulative valid spending of $200 will get a FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM drawstring bag.
Other Terms and Conditions
- The five-day hospitality package for two people is eligible for both new and existing ABA Visa cardholders, including virtual cards.
- Each valid spending of $200 in a single transaction with an ABA Visa card will generate one lucky draw entry.
- The winner of the hospitality package to the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM Quarter-Finals will be identified by lucky draw and contacted by ABA bank via 098 203 203 within seven working days after the promotion ends.
- It is the sole responsibility of the hospitality package winner and their partner to make sure they have all required valid travel documents for traveling to Qatar from 7 to 11 December 2022.
- The hospitality package is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash. If the winner is deemed unfit to travel, a new winner will be randomly identified.
- ABA and Visa's staff are not eligible for the hospitality package promotion.
- The limited-edition FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM merchandise promo is eligible only for the first 500 new ABA Visa plastic cards holders who issued and spend at least $200 cumulatively during the promo period.
- The limited-edition FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022TM merchandise winners will be identified and contacted by ABA Bank via 098 203 203 for prize pick-up within seven working days after the promotion ends.
- There will be no repeat winners, and the reward/prize is available on a "first come, first served" basis and while stock lasts.
- The winner must claim the prize during the assigned redemption time. If a prize is not claimed within 14 days after the winners’ announcement, a new prize winner will be identified.
- All prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
- By participating in this promotion, winners will automatically be required to participate in publicity activities where their name, nationality, and country of residence may be disclosed to the public.
- ABA Bank and Visa reserve the rights at their discretion to terminate this promotion or vary, delete, or add to any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
- ABA Bank and Visa's decision on any matter will be final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
