Promotion mechanic: ABA Mobile users who issue a new ABA Visa Platinum card in the promo period will automatically enter the lucky draw to win a travel package for two to the FIFA World Cup 2026 in Vancouver, Canada, on 18 June 2026.
Terms and conditions
- The promotion is exclusive to all ABA Mobile users who issue a new ABA Visa Platinum card in the promo period.
- ABA customers will receive one lucky draw entry for every new ABA Visa Platinum card issued in the promo period.
- The promotion will have two winners of the grand prize – the travel package to the 2026 FIFA World Cup in Vancouver, Canada.
- The lucky draw will be conducted electronically on the schedule as follows:
- Lucky draw date: 17 February 2026
- Winner selection: Two grand prize winners.
- Each grand prize winner will receive a travel package for two to Canada and a ticket to the FIFA World Cup tournament. The components of the travel package are outlined as follows:
- Visa application fee for two persons to Canada,
- Two round-trip flight tickets between Phnom Penh and Vancouver,
- Four-night accommodation in a four-star hotel in Vancouver,
- Two tickets to Match 27 of the FIFA World Cup 2026 on 18 June 2026,
- Transportation between the hotel and the airport in Vancouver,
- Transportation between the hotel and the Stadium.
- All expenses related to meals, personal purchases, and any other costs incurred before/during the winner's stay in Vancouver that are not expressly included in the prize package are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- ABA Bank will ensure that the flight and accommodation arrangements meet a reasonable standard of quality. All components of the prize are determined solely at the discretion of ABA Bank. The winners may not request any changes, upgrades, or substitutions to the travel arrangements provided. However, the winner may request additional services or upgrades at their own expense, subject to availability and approval by ABA Bank and the travel agency.
- The designated travel agency will assist the winner with the visa application process and other travel arrangements.
- The winner is responsible for providing all required documents for the visa application, travel arrangements, and validation purposes.
- The final decision regarding the issuance of a visa lies solely with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). The winner is fully responsible for complying with all applicable laws and requirements of IRCC.
- Failure to obtain an approved visa from IRCC will result in automatic disqualification from receiving the prize. In such cases, the winner may instead receive a substitute three-day, two-night travel package to Singapore. No alternative compensation or extension will be provided.
- ABA Bank reserves the right to select an alternative winner for the Vancouver travel package if the original winner is disqualified due to visa issues.
- ABA Bank will attempt to contact the winner via the phone number 098 203 203 for two days to confirm prize acceptance. The winner must answer the call and verbally confirm their acceptance of the prize during this time. Failure to respond or confirm within 2 days will result in disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to a new winner at ABA Bank's discretion.
- After confirming acceptance, the winner will be required to visit ABA Bank's Head Office and complete the prize redemption process by signing the official Prize Redemption Form. The winner must claim the prize within three working days from the notification date. Failure to do so will result in an automatic disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to the new winner at ABA Bank's discretion.
- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to all components of the travel package as outlined above and commits to fully cooperating with the designated travel agency and ABA Bank in the visa application process and travel arrangements. The winner will be informed of the required timeframe for submitting necessary documentation and completing related procedures. Failure to provide the necessary documentation or to cooperate in a timely and reasonable manner may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize, at ABA Bank's sole discretion.
- If the winner voluntarily abandons or unreasonably delays participation in the visa application process after accepting the prize, ABA Bank reserves the right to disqualify the winner and withdraw the prize. No alternative compensation or rescheduling will be provided in such cases.
- The prize is non-convertible for cash or other items. The prize can be transferred to another ABA Visa cardholder through written confirmation by the original winner.
- By participating in this promotion, the winner will automatically be required to participate in publicity activities where their name and picture may be disclosed to the public.
- ABA Bank's staff is not eligible for the promotion.
- ABA Bank and Visa reserve the right to change or amend the terms and conditions, or to terminate this promotion, without prior notice.
- ABA Bank and Visa's decision on any matter related to this promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
