Promotion Mechanic: ABA Mobile users can win a 10 million KHR grand prize or a 500,000 KHR cash prize in the monthly lucky draw if they maintain a balance in their ABA KHR accounts of at least 400,000 KHR every month.
Terms and Conditions
- This promotion applies to all ABA Mobile users with ABA KHR accounts.
- ABA Mobile users who keep at least 400,000 KHR per month in their KHR accounts during the promo period can win 10 million KHR or a 500,000 KHR consolation prize in the monthly lucky draw.
- The promotion applies to the customer's ABA KHR Current and Savings accounts only; the balance in the Fixed Deposit accounts is not qualified for the promotion.
- ABA Mobile users with a total KHR balance exceeding the balance requirement of 400,000 KHR across all ABA Current and Savings accounts are eligible for the lucky draw. The total balance is calculated by summing all KHR balances in the customer's ABA Current and Savings accounts, including multiple accounts if the customer has more than one KHR account.
- ABA Mobile users are not required to meet the minimum balance requirement daily; to qualify for the draw, they must meet the requirement on the last day of each promotional month.
- The promotion has a total of 16 winners of the 10 million KHR grand prize and 320 winners of the 500,000 KHR cash prize.
- One winner of the 10 million KHR grand prize and 20 winners of the 500,000 KHR cash prize will be identified each month.
- Each eligible ABA Mobile user will receive one entry for the monthly lucky draw.
- The lucky draw will be conducted electronically within a week after the end of each promotional month.
- ABA Bank will attempt to contact the grand prize winner via the phone number 098 203 203 for two calendar days to confirm prize acceptance. The winner must answer the call and verbally confirm their acceptance of the prize during this time. Failure to respond or confirm within the two days will result in disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to the new winner at ABA Bank's discretion.
- The grand prize winner will be invited to visit ABA Bank's Head Office or the nearest ABA provincial branch to claim the prize by signing the Prize Redemption Form.
- The grand prize winner must claim the prize within three working days from the date of notification. Failure to do so will result in an automatic disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to the new winner at ABA Bank's discretion.
- The 10 million KHR grand prize will be credited to the winner's account within five working days after the completion of the prize redemption process.
- The 500,000 KHR consolation prize will be credited to the winners' account within ten working days after the lucky draw.
- Each winner can win only one prize every month.
- The prize is strictly non-transferable or non-exchangeable for any other items.
- By participating in this promotion, the winners will automatically be required to participate in publicity activities where their name and photo may be disclosed to the public.
- ABA staff are not eligible for the grand prizes of this promotion.
- ABA Bank reserves the right to change or amend the terms and conditions or terminate this promotion without prior notice.
- ABA Bank's decision on any matter related to this promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
