Eligibility:
All ABA Visa account holders who use ABA PAY feature in ABA Mobile app.
Process of selection of winners:
The selections of the six winners will be made in three rounds, with the announcement of two winners in each round.
- Round 1: ends on August 29. Winners to be announced on September 10.
- Round 2: ends on September 29. Winners to be announced on October 10.
- Round 3: ends on October 29. Winners to be announced on November 8.
Terms & Conditions:
- The promo is offered to ABA customers who use ABA Mobile’s ABA PAY feature to scan QR code to pay at all “Scan to Pay with Visa” merchants.
- Customer must spend at least 5 USD per transaction to enter the pool of participants of the promo. Eligible transactions are limited to 2 (two) transactions with the same outlet within the day. Any third and subsequent transactions with the same outlet within the day will not be considered eligible.
- Customer has only one chance to win the prize. Once a winner is selected, he/she will be excluded from the next round of the promotion.
- By participating in this promotion, the winners will be automatically required to take part in publicity activities related to having his/her photograph taken and his/her name, nationality and country of residence being disclosed to public.
- If the prize is not claimed within 14 days after the winner’s announcement, a new randomly selected winner will be chosen.
- All prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
- In the situation where ABA Bank detects or suspects unusual transactions made by an ABA PAY user or a reasonable attempt to fraud by a user during the promotion period, the Bank has the right to automatically disqualify his/her eligibility.
- ABA Bank and Visa reserve the right at their discretion to terminate this promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
- ABA Bank and Visa’s decision on any matter will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
