Also, we share the same views on how to run a bank and what is essential about banking. What we agreed on very quickly is that banking is about people. Talent has always been and remains a differentiating factor in banking industry. That is why we are investing in training facility here, because it is very important to our business, and we will continue to do so,” stated Louis Vachon.
“From myself and the Board of Directors of National Bank, a big thank you for everything you’ve done and continue to do on a daily basis. And a big thank you on very impressive financial results,” he added.
The CEO of ABA Bank, Mr Askhat Azhikhanov commented on the launch of Training Center, “Here at ABA, we always state that our core asset is our people. And we constantly need to invest in the quality of this asset by improving the knowledge and expertise of employees on our vision, mission, and values, on our products and services, as well as on the new trends in the market and technologies. To deliver this knowledge, we need a proper infrastructure. That is why we built this spacious Training Center as our needs are continuously growing.”
ABA Training Center provides all necessary facilities for successful knowledge dissemination among the Bank staff. The building is equipped with numerous training rooms, meeting rooms, vast parking area, and pantry zone where staff can relax and refresh between training sessions.
