To develop further the self-banking platform and reduce the waiting time at the branches, ABA Bank announces the upgrade of its Cash Recycling Machines (CRM) and Cash-in Machines (CiM), which will now allow customers to deposit cash to any ABA account in addition to the cash deposit to customer’s own accounts. The cash deposit service is free of charge and the machines are available for you 24/7 at all our branches and ABA 24/7 self-banking spots.
With this upgrade of CRM and CiM, ABA customers can initiate the process of cash deposit by just scanning a QR code on the screen with their ABA Mobile app or by inserting their ABA card (for CRM only). After identification, customer needs to follow the on-screen instructions. The machines support three languages, Khmer, English, and Chinese, for a smooth experience among different audiences.
