ABA​ Bank,​ the​ largest​ Cambodian​ commercial​ bank1,​ supported​ the​ free​ health​ check-up​ and​ treatment​ campaign​ of​ Samdech​ Techo​ Voluntary​ Youth​ Doctor​ Association​ (TYDA)​ for​ more​ than​ 3,000​ residents​ of​ the​ Samraong​ Thom​ commune,​ Kandal​ province,​ on​ 17​ September​ 2022.​

The​ event​ was​ attended​ by​ the​ representatives​ of​ TYDA,​ the​ Kandal​ provincial​ governor,​ and​ other​ distinguished​ guests.

Residents​ received​ medical​ treatment​ for​ free​ on​ the​ spot​ with​ support​ from​ the​ TYDA​ and​ Cambodian​ Red​ Cross​ teams.​ ABA​ supported​ the​ students​ who​ showed​ up​ at​ the​ event​ and​ presented​ them​ with​ eco-bags,​ notepads,​ and​ pens.​

This​ activity​ corresponds​ to​ ABA​ Bank’s​ Corporate​ Social​ Responsibility​ (CSR)​ principles,​ and​ the​ Bank​ supports​ TYDA​ initiatives​ that​ contribute​ positively​ to​ Cambodia​ and​ its​ people,​ especially​ in​ underserved​ communities.
