ABA​ supports​ the​ ASEAN​ Young​ Entrepreneurs​ Carnival​ 2022

ABA​ Bank,​ the​ largest​ Cambodian​ commercial​ bank¹,​ became​ the​ Gold​ Sponsor​ of​ the​ ASEAN​ Young​ Entrepreneurs​ (AYE)​ Carnival​ 2022.​ The​ event​ was​ held​ on​ 12-13​ November​ in​ Phnom​ Penh​ in​ conjunction​ with​ the​ Cambodia​ ASEAN​ Chairmanship​ 2022.

AYE​ Carnival​ gathers​ young​ entrepreneurs​ from​ ASEAN​ Young​ Entrepreneurs​ Council​ (AYEC)​ Association​ members​ and​ its​ Dialogue​ Partners.​ It​ has​ been​ annually​ organized​ since​ 2016​ to​ promote​ exchange​ and​ cooperation​ between​ young​ entrepreneurs​ and​ investors​ within​ ASEAN​ member​ states.​

The​ 7th​ Carnival​ aims​ to​ call​ for​ businesses​ and​ young​ entrepreneurs​ to​ overcome​ the​ disruptions​ brought​ by​ Covid-19​ through​ digitalization,​ leadership,​ collaboration,​ and​ inclusive​ involvement​ of​ women​ in​ addressing​ the​ grand​ challenges​ of​ our​ times​ as​ we​ adapt​ to​ this​ new​ normal.​

Through​ its​ sponsorship,​ ABA​ contributes​ to​ MSMEs'​ development​ and​ building​ of​ the​ entrepreneurship​ ecosystem​ in​ Cambodia,​ especially​ supporting​ young​ entrepreneurs​ and​ startups,​ which​ are​ considered​ essential​ pillar​ of​ sustainable​ economic​ progress.
