ABA promotes efficient tax environment for business by sponsoring TAFTAC’s Tax Forum 2024

ABA Bank, Cambodia’s largest commercial bank1, became the Gold Sponsor of the Textile, Apparel, Footwear & Travel Goods Association in Cambodia (TAFTAC)’s Tax Forum 2024.
This Forum is a platform for businesses to gain insights into the latest tax developments and best practices. The Forum was held on 24 October 2024 under the support of the General Department of Taxation and other partners and focused on crucial tax-related topics for businesses in Cambodia. The event was graced by the presence of H.E Kong Vibol, Director General of the General Department of Taxation.
The platform featured discussions on tax incentives under the New Investment Law, VAT and VAT Refund, tax obligations of CMT and FOB Enterprises, tax audits and its new SOP, and tax crime investigations.
