The​ event​ was​ organized​ by​ the​ Techo​ Startup​ Center​ (TSC),​ a​ leading​ technology​ incubator​ and​ accelerator​ in​ Cambodia​ under​ the​ Ministry​ of​ Economy​ and​ Finance.

The​ much-anticipated​ Demo​ Day​ of​ the​ Turing​ Hackathon​ was​ successfully​ held​ on​ 5​ November​ 2023​ at​ the​ Techo​ Startup​ Center’s​ head​ office.​ The​ event​ was​ graced​ by​ the​ presence​ of​ H.E.​ Dr.​ Taing​ Nguonly,​ Executive​ Director​ of​ TSC,​ Bekzod​ Ruzmetov,​ Head​ of​ Data​ Analytics​ Division​ at​ ABA​ Bank,​ along​ with​ numerous​ participants​ and​ judges.

During​ the​ event,​ Bekzod​ shared​ impressive​ remarks​ on​ the​ importance​ of​ digital​ innovation​ and​ ABA’s​ pivotal​ role​ in​ supporting​ the​ growth​ of​ the​ Cambodian​ fintech​ ecosystem.

The​ Turing​ Hackathon​ -​ Cycle​ 5​ attracted​ over​ 200​ participants​ who​ formed​ teams​ to​ develop​ digital​ solutions​ for​ various​ business​ challenges.​ The​ teams​ presented​ their​ solutions​ to​ a​ panel​ of​ judges,​ and​ the​ winning​ teams​ were​ awarded​ prizes​ and​ mentorship​ opportunities.
