This accolade recognizes the Bank's ongoing leadership in digital banking and its commitment to delivering secure, innovative, and user-centric financial solutions. The award ceremony took place on November 5 at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre in Singapore.
The award highlights the success of ABA Mobile, the Bank's flagship digital banking application, which has transformed how Cambodians manage their finances. Since its launch a decade ago, the app has evolved into a comprehensive platform that empowers users with greater control, convenience, and security in their daily banking activities.
One of the key innovations within the ABA Mobile app is FacePass Secure, Cambodia's first live facial recognition feature for banking. Designed to protect high-value transactions and sensitive account settings, this technology underscores the Bank's proactive approach to safeguarding customer trust in an increasingly digital environment.
Another standout feature recognized by the award's judging panel is Navi, Cambodia's first AI-powered virtual banking assistant. Integrated into the ABA Mobile app and available in multiple languages, Navi responds to user inquiries in real time, setting a new standard for accessible and efficient customer support.
To further support smarter financial habits, the app's Analytic Feature introduces the country's first personal finance management tools within a banking platform. By enabling users to track spending, set budgets, and generate customized reports, ABA Mobile helps customers make informed financial decisions with confidence.
