ABA Bank together with other various local businesses supported the 2nd National Art Competition hosted by Global Art Cambodia. The event took place at Cambodia Korean Cooperation Center (CKCC) with more than 500 kids along with their families gathered to celebrate International Children’s Day. The event was participated by young artists aged 4 -18 years illustrating creative and inspiring ways to “Heal the World”, this year’s theme of the competition.

“Children’s Day is a good occasion to foster art education to children, this will help them develop their abilities at a young age and be able to express their views in certain matters that we adults sometimes oversee’ said Zokhir Rasulov, ABA Bank Chief Marketing Officer.
ABA Bank's support of this event is an integral part of the CSR policy and core values. It directly aims to make a positive contribution to Cambodia while playing a beneficial role in the lives of the customers as well as for the future of the country as a whole.

The National Art Competition 2014 is the 2nd Annual competition, which was organized by Global Art Cambodia. The competition was divided into 3 categories based on different age groups. Two winners per age group was awarded, one of them is for Non-Global Art Champion and the other is the Global Art Champion. The winners received trophies, certificates and gift bags while consolation prizes were also awarded and goodie bags were given to all participants. The Global Art competition champion will represent Cambodia in the International Art Competition in Manila, Philippines on November this year.
