ABA​ Bank,​ the​ largest​ commercial​ bank​ and​ a​ leader​ in​ digital​ solutions,​ has​ signed​ a​ Memorandum​ of​ Understanding​ (MOU)​ with​ TotalEnergies​ Marketing​ (Cambodia)​ Co.,​ Ltd.​ ("TEMC")​ to​ provide​ financial​ services​ and​ credit​ facilities​ to​ TEMC​ customers​ through​ a​ tailored​ Distributor​ Financing​ Program.​

Being​ a​ TotalEnergies​ (France)​ subsidiary,​ TEMC​ has​ provided​ fuel,​ lubricants,​ and​ aviation​ fuels​ through​ a​ nationwide​ network​ of​ service​ stations​ in​ Cambodia​ since​ 1993.

On​ 14​ February​ 2025,​ representatives​ from​ both​ parties​ and​ their​ respective​ teams​ attended​ the​ signing​ ceremony.​ This​ event​ also​ served​ as​ a​ platform​ for​ the​ ABA​ team​ to​ brief​ TEMC's​ customers,​ including​ resellers,​ distributors,​ and​ retailers​ across​ Cambodia,​ about​ the​ Program's​ specifics.

Under​ the​ MOU,​ ABA​ offers​ exclusive​ customized​ credit​ facilities​ and​ services​ such​ as​ banking​ facilities​ for​ business​ needs,​ cashflow/working​ capital​ loans,​ and​ business​ expansion​ loans​ to​ TEMC​ customers.​ The​ goal​ is​ to​ enable​ businesses​ to​ meet​ their​ financial​ needs​ promptly,​ whether​ for​ daily​ operations,​ inventory,​ or​ growth​ projects.
