As an active corporate citizen and the largest commercial bank in Cambodia, ABA Bank is pleased to donate another $50,000 to the Cambodian Red Cross (CRC) on the 163rd anniversary of the World Red Cross, to be celebrated on May 8, 2026.

This contribution underscores ABA's dedication to strengthening social responsibility and supporting vital humanitarian initiatives across Cambodia. The fund will aid the Cambodian Red Cross in its mission to provide emergency relief, disaster management, healthcare, and community development programs that improve the lives of vulnerable populations nationwide.

On May 6, the donation handover ceremony was graced by the presence of H.E. Dr. Pich Chanmony, Vice President of CRC at the Cambodian Red Cross headquarters.

"At ABA Bank, we strongly believe in giving back to the communities we serve. Supporting the Cambodian Red Cross reflects our enduring commitment to compassion, solidarity, and responsibility. This humble contribution reaffirms our role in building resilience and uplifting lives across the country," stated Theam Romny.

Established in 1955, the CRC is the country's largest humanitarian organization.

Since 2005, ABA has consistently supported the Cambodian Red Cross through its humanitarian and social welfare programs nationwide. Most recently, in July 2025, ABA contributed $500,000 to CRC to help deliver vital aid to the families affected by the border conflict.
