ABA​ partners​ with​ Mastercard​ to​ bring​ you​ Mastercard​ Send,​ a​ personal​ payments​ service​ that​ enables​ funds​ to​ be​ sent​ quickly​ and​ securely​ to​ other​ Mastercard​ cards​ issued​ by​ banks​ in​ Cambodia​ and​ Singapore.

ABA​ Mobile​ users​ can​ make​ card-to-card​ transfers​ domestically​ and​ internationally​ typically​ within​ minutes1​ directly​ to/from​ their​ bank​ account​ and​ at​ competitive​ fees.

1​ Mastercard​ requires​ banks​ to​ make​ funds​ available​ to​ recipient​ cardholders​ within​ a​ maximum​ of​ 30​ minutes​ of​ approving​ the​ transaction.​ Actual​ availability​ of​ funds​ is​ subject​ to​ banking​ hours,​ system​ availability​ and​ compliance​ with​ regulatory​ requirements.​

  • Mastercard​ Send​ is​ only​ available​ in​ USD​ for​ ABA​ customers​ and​ not​ available​ for​ transfers​ between​ ABA​ Mastercard.
  • The​ currency​ conversion​ fee​ is​ based​ on​ the​ Mastercard​ exchange​ rate​ at​ the​ time​ of​ transfer.

How​ to​ transfer​ from​ ABA​ Mastercard​ to​ another​ Mastercard​ with​ Mastercard​ Send

  1. Launch​ the​ ABA​ Mobile​ app;
  2. Tap​ Transfers​ on​ the​ main​ screen​ and​ select​ Transfer​ to​ cards;
  3. Choose​ Mastercard​ Send1​ and​ select​ the​ Mastercard​ you​ want​ to​ send​ from;
  4. Enter​ the​ receiver's​ card​ 16-digit​ card​ number,​ name,​ amount2,​ and​ purpose;
  5. Agree​ to​ the​ Terms​ &​ Conditions​ and​ tap​ Transfer;
  6. Check​ the​ details​ and​ confirm​ with​ your​ ABA​ Mobile​ 4-digit​ PIN.

1​ If​ you​ do​ not​ have​ an​ ABA​ Mastercard,​ issue​ a​ virtual​ Mastercard​ in​ ABA​ Mobile​ instantly.
2​ Fee​ in​ USD​ will​ be​ displayed​ after​ the​ transfer​ amount​ has​ been​ entered.

How​ to​ receive​ money​ to​ ABA​ Mastercard​ using​ Mastercard​ Send

To​ receive​ money​ via​ Mastercard​ Send,​ ABA​ customer​ needs​ to​ provide​ their​ name​ and​ the​ 16-digit​ card​ number​ to​ the​ sender.​

ABA​ customer​ will​ be​ notified​ via​ the​ ABA​ Mobile​ app​ once​ the​ funds​ are​ credited​ to​ their​ bank​ account​ linked​ to​ the​ card.

Mastercard​ Send​ is​ a​ payment​ network​ of​ Mastercard​ for​ card-to-card​ transactions​ that​ allows​ ABA​ Mastercard​ debit​ cardholders​ to​ make​ domestic​ and​ international​ money​ transfers​ via​ the​ ABA​ mobile​ app​ to​ other​ Mastercard​ cards​ issued​ in​ Cambodia​ and​ Singapore.
This​ service​ is​ available​ for​ Mastercard​ cards​ issued​ in​ Cambodia​ (excluding​ ABA​ Mastercard)​ and​ Singapore.
You​ cannot​ use​ Mastercard​ Send​ for​ such​ transfers.​ Instead,​ send​ money​ directly​ from​ your​ bank​ account​ using​ ABA​ Mobile.​ 
You​ should​ input​ the​ 16-digit​ number​ and​ receiver’s​ name​ both​ of​ which​ can​ be​ found​ on​ the​ receiver’s​ Mastercard.
The​ maximum​ amount​ for​ the​ single​ transaction​ is​ USD​ 2,500,​ while​ the​ daily​ limit​ is​ USD​ 5,000​ and​ monthly​ limit​ is​ USD​ 10,000.​ You​ can​ use​ Mastercard​ Send​ up​ to​ 10​ times​ a​ day​ and​ 20​ times​ a​ month.​
In​ case​ of​ a​ wrong​ transfer,​ inform​ ABA​ Contact​ Center​ immediately​ at​ 098​ 203​ 203.​ To​ avoid​ such​ cases,​ always​ double-check​ the​ name​ and​ recipient​ information​ before​ confirming​ the​ transfer​ in​ the​ app.
It​ is​ a​ real-time​ payment​ network​ allowing​ ABA​ customers​ to​ transfer​ money​ within​ 30​ minutes​ or​ less.​ Actual​ availability​ of​ the​ money​ transfer​ is​ subject​ to​ banking​ hours,​ system​ availability,​ and​ beneficiary​ bank’s​ regulatory​ requirements.No.​ There​ is​ no​ service​ fee​ for​ the​ beneficiary​ to​ receive​ money.
