Terms and conditions

• This promotion is exclusive for ABA Mobile users and cardholders.
• This promotion is applicable for all payments made with ABA PAY (ABA KHQR and ABA Visa/Mastercard).
• The promotion is only applicable to the direct hotel stay booking and food and beverages at Vertigo restaurant & Skybar of Bassac Signature Hotel & Residence.
• Each qualifying scanning transaction from minimum spend of $30 will generate one lucky draw entry. The more scanning transaction ABA Mobile users make, the more chances they have of winning in the lucky draw.
• There is a total of 3 winners of the monthly prizes:
  • One winner of the 1-night stay in Deluxe King Room with breakfast for two will be selected in a monthly lucky draw.
  • Lucky draw entries for the 1-night stay in Deluxe King Room with breakfast for two will accumulate monthly and will not carry over to the next month.
  • Each ABA Mobile user can win only once throughout the promotion period.

• The lucky draw to select the winners will be conducted electronically in the following schedule:

  • 1st Lucky Draw on 6 July 2026
    • Winner selection: One 1-night stay in Deluxe King Room with breakfast for two winner
    • Eligible Transactions: 1 June – 30 June 2026

  • 2nd Lucky Draw on 5 August 2026
    • Winner selection: One 1-night stay in Deluxe King Room with breakfast for two winner
    • Eligible Transactions: 1 July – 31 July 2026

  • 3rd Lucky Draw on 7 September 2026
    • Winner selection: One 1-night stay in Deluxe King Room with breakfast for two winner
    • Eligible Transactions: 1 August – 31 August 2026

• Bassac Signature & Residence will contact the winners to claim the prize only via the phone number +855 87 654 321.
• The winners must claim the prize at the Bassac Signature & Hotel within three working days of being contacted. New winners will be identified if the prize is not claimed during the assigned redemption time.
• The prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
• By participating in this promotion, the winners will automatically be required to participate in publicity activities where their names and photos will be disclosed to the public.
• The discount is not applicable for VAT and other charges.
