Terms and Conditions
- This promotion is exclusive for ABA Visa cardholders, including virtual cards.
- The discount is valid for purchase made online through the dedicated booking page.
- If ABA Visa cardholders use the main Emirates webpage for booking, they must log in and apply the promo code KHABAEK to avail the promo.
- The Promotion is only valid for travel originating from Techo International Airport (KTI) and SAI (Siem Reap International Airport).
- The Promotion is applicable on all available fares at the time of booking.
- The discount is valid on the Economy, Business and First Class.
- The promotion applies to the return tickets originating from Cambodia to selected destinations on flights which are operated by Emirates only.
- ABA Visa cardholders must be an Emirates Skywards members to be eligible to get the discount.
- The discount is valid on airfare only. Fuel surcharge, applicable government and airport taxes and levies are not discounted. The promotion is not application on the infant ticket fare.
- All fares stated are after discount.
- The promotion will have 2 winners of the grand prize – the trip to Dubai for two. The lucky draw will be conducted electronically in the schedule as follows:
- The first winner will be selected on 4 March 2026:
- Eligible transaction: 7 October 2025 – 28 February 2026.
- The second winner will be selected on 4 September 2026:
- Eligible transaction: 1 March – 31 August 2026.

- Each ABA Visa plastic cardholder can win only one grand prize in this promotion.
- The components of the trip package, as well as items not included, are outlined as follows:
- Visa application fee for two people to the United Arab Emirates,
- Two round-trip tickets (Economy Class) on Emirates between Phnom Penh and Dubai,
- A three-day tour program in Dubai,
- Three-night accommodation in the four-star hotel in Dubai,
- Transportation between the hotel and airport in Dubai,
- All expenses related to meals, personal purchases, and any other costs incurred before/during the winner’s stay in Dubai that are not expressly included in the prize package are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- ABA Bank will contact the winner via the phone number 098 203 203 to claim the prize. The winner will be required to visit ABA Bank’s Head Office and complete the prize redemption process by signing the official Prize Redemption Form. The winner must claim the prize within three working days from the date of notification. Failure to do so will result in an automatic disqualification, and the prize will be awarded to the new winner at ABA Bank’s discretion.
- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to all components of the travel package as outlined above and commits to cooperating fully with the designated travel agency and ABA Bank in providing the documents for the travel arrangement.
- ABA Bank will ensure that the flight and accommodation arrangements meet a reasonable standard of quality. All components of the prize are determined solely at the discretion of ABA Bank. The winners may not request any changes, upgrades, or substitutions to the travel arrangements provided. However, the winner may request additional services or upgrades at their own expense, subject to availability and approval by ABA Bank.
- The winner of the trip package must complete their trip within three (3) months from the date of selection. The specific travel dates will be mutually agreed upon by ABA Bank and the winner, based on the actual availability of flights and hotel accommodations. ABA Bank reserves the right to propose travel dates and arrangements that align with the scope and value of the awarded package. In cases where the requested travel dates or arrangements exceed the scope of the package, ABA Bank may suggest alternative options or, if necessary, decline the request.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of ABA Bank, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, public health emergencies, or any incident occurring in or near Dubai that may impact travel safety or feasibility, ABA Bank shall not be held liable for any delay, modification, or cancellation of the travel package. ABA Bank reserves the right to reschedule, alter, or withdraw the offer if such events prevent the fulfilment of the package as originally planned.
- If the winner voluntarily abandons the prize or unable to travel on the agreed dates due to personal reason, ABA Bank reserves the right to disqualify the winner and withdraw the prize. No alternative compensation or rescheduling will be provided in such cases.
- The prize is non-convertible for cash and other items. The prize can be transferred to another ABA Visa cardholder through written confirmation by the original winner.
- By participating in this promotion, the winner will automatically be required to participate in publicity activities where their name and picture may be disclosed to the public.
- ABA staff is not eligible to join this promotion.
- ABA Bank, Visa and Emirates reserve the right at their discretion to terminate this program or vary, delete, or add to any of these terms and conditions without prior notice.
- ABA Bank, Visa, and Emirates’ decision on any matter will be final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
