Important announcement on the Abandonment Fee

Dear valued customers,

To maintain the integrity of our core banking system and provide the best possible service, security, and account operations, we will introduce an Abandonment Fee from 20 December 2024. This fee will apply only to those customers whose all accounts were inactive (with no transactions) for four years or longer and who don’t have any Fixed Deposits with the Bank.

To avoid the Abandonment Fee, we encourage you to keep your bank account(s) active by making at least one deposit or withdrawal transaction per year. If you don’t need your ABA account(s) anymore, you can close it via ABA Mobile or at any ABA branch for free.
