This enhancement saves customers time and becomes handy for those who stay abroad and still wish to access their accounts via ABA Mobile.
All requests for remote maintenance of ABA Mobile will go through the authentication procedure by the Contact Center at the beginning of the call to validate the authenticity ownership of the ABA Mobile account.
