ABA Bank and TrueMoney Cambodia partner to support Raksa Koma Foundation's social programs

In a joint effort to drive positive social impact, ABA Bank and TrueMoney Cambodia have partnered to sponsor the initiatives of the Raksa Koma Foundation (RKF), aiming to serve communities in Kampong Thom province through sustainable development and digital inclusion.
With a total amount of 160 million Riels, the partnership will support three main programs of the Raksa Koma Foundation in providing safe drinking water, solar lamp posts, and computer classes to students and residents within the Kampong Thom's Prasat Sambor District. These programs are central to RKF's mission of creating a lasting impact in their lives, further fostering a sense of community.
On 16 June 2025, the donation handover event was presided over by H.E. Dr. Chea Serey, Founder of the Raksa Koma Foundation and Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia, Zhiger Atchabarov, Executive Vice-President / Chief Operating Officer at ABA Bank, and Khuon Frandara, Chief Executive Officer at TrueMoney Cambodia, alongside their respective teams.
During the event, H.E. Dr. Chea Serey expressed sincere gratitude for the support, highlighting the transformative potential of the three programs in increasing the population's well-being.
Zhiger Atchabarov commented, "We are pleased to support the Raksa Koma Foundation and its inspiring initiatives. These three programs will continue to enrich the lives of children and families in the community in the long run. As part of our CSR effort, we value partnerships with community-based organizations, such as Raksa Koma Foundation".
