Vehicle Payment Management Officer

About the role

To deliver high-quality rental vehicle payment management for requesters and outsource service by tracking on monthly rental vehicle agreements for new staff, renew agreement for existing staff and monthly rental vehicle payment preparation to ensure that rental fee are paid in timely manner for daily operations.

Location

  • Head Office, Phnom Penh (01 Post).

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Effectively register new rental vehicle (Motorcycle, Car and Driver) agreements, update on moving/resign staff, track and follow up for renewal agreement, etc..
  • Processing payment with internal system and ensure all agreements are properly registered into Admin automation system.
  • Effectively prepare monthly reports on rental vehicle agreement for payment settlement both soft and hard copies.
  • Provide yearly refreshment to AAO on updating Rental Vehicle policy
  • Act as a role model within the team to question, listen and give actionable feedback carefully to create a productive work atmosphere towards “speak-up culture”.
  • Assist with the annual auditing activities if required.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Skills and Specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and/or other related fields.
  • Minimum one year of experience in general administration, carpool services, and/or related fields.
  • Good understanding of fleet management, transportation control, and ability to work with related stakeholders.
  • Strong administration, communication, time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
  • Ability to use and communicate both Khmer and English.
  • Strong attention to details and trustworthy.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office (Office 365, MS. Outlook, Power Point as such).
