Job Purpose
As an Ansible Automation, Containerization, and CI/CD at ABABANK, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our infrastructure automation, containerization, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability in our IT operations.

Major Areas of Responsibility
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation solutions.
- Investigate automation opportunities to increase speed and efficiency.
- lead automation, integration, and orchestration services while working within the constraints of vendor products and implemented solutions.Continuous development on automation products, services, protocols, and standards to keep automation best practices.
- Develop & deploy Ansible playbooks/roles/templates/projects/inventories/workflows and modules (Linux, Windows, Network, Firewall, Load balancer, DNS, Compliance check etc.).
- Administer Ansible Platform/infrastructure, perform maintenance, configuration change management.
- Assist with the development of continuous delivery pipelines (Jenkins, Git, CI/CD, Helm, Ansible).Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with OpenShift and/or Kubernetes.
- Driving process improvements and design enhancements to automation to continuously improve the SIT/DEV/Production environment.
- Training other team members and other teams on Ansible Automation.
- Solid understanding of Linux system administration
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as System Administrator in banking.
- Strong background in Red Hat Enterprise Linux / Windows Administration.
- Experience with "patching and vulnerability remediation" of Linux, Windows OS.
- Experience with Yaml, Python.
- Experience supporting applications running on OpenShift and/or Kubernetes.
- Experience creating pipelines and automation to deploy containers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
- A self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented individual.
