CCTV Operations Officer (Head Office)

About the role

This role is mainly responsible for daily operating, monitoring, checking on both lives and recorded video from surveillance footage. Controlling and assisting bank users with security system (CCTV, Access Control & Intruder Alarm System) issues and new requirements; Daily monitoring and report of above stated system to keep them in stable service 24/7 for ABA Head Office, Branch, ABA 24/7 and Self-banking off-site.

Location

  • Head Office, Phnom Penh (08 Post).

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Daily patrol monitoring the quality display and working status of CCTV Camera, DVR for all Branch, all Express 24/7 and Offsite ATMs which located both Phnom Penh and Province.
  • Responsible for Live view of all self-banking machine which located in Phnom Penh and Province.
  • Immediately report to CCTV Technical Unit to perform fixing of the issue which is found.
  • Monitor and ensure the overall health of the application
  • Immediately report to CCTV Team, related department and management for any suspect action found.
  • Keep the management information system up to date and produce monthly/quarterly performance report as required.

Skills and Specification

  • Bachelor's degree of Information Technology / Computer Science or Related filed
  • Minimum one year of working experience in CCTV or any related filed
  • Experience with Maintenance and Repairing is a plus
  • Skill in planning, analyzing, troubleshooting, and reporting
  • Well coordination and collaboration with others to work as a team
  • Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English
  • High commitment to work under pressure and self-motivation
  • Active learning and time management
