Job Description

To monitor Automated Teller Machine (ATM) and Cash-in Kiosk Machine (CiM) network cash levels and operations as well as Point of Sale Terminal (POS Terminal) in order to keep customers satisfied and continued profitability of the Bank.

Location

  • Head Office, Phnom Penh (02 Posts).

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Set up of POS Terminal, ATM, CiM, PC and its software timely and effectively to maintain its fast transactions and convenient customer service provided.
  • Collect and return captured card to customer representative as soon as possible to ensure fast customer solution provided.
  • Provide Terminal, ATM, CiM, PC maintenance services and immediately escalate to IT, Card system and terminal team for any network and/or technical related issues to offer the resolutions in a timely manner and minimize customer impact.
  • Ensure secured and compliant cash replenishing procedures at ATM and CiM to avoid operational risk as well as to keep customers satisfied through its fast and convenient transactions.
  • Configure POS Terminal, ATM, and CiM application parameters to accurately measure the quality of services (QoS) of a connection and qualify end-to-end network performance.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper usage of POS Terminal, ATM, and CiM by educating any stakeholders who are in-charge and involved.
  • Build a strong collaborative relationship with customers who rely on our POS Terminal by scheduling the visit and collect their feedbacks to improve the services officered.
  • Handle all customers’ issues in a calm manner and escalate the issues to line manager for solutions when needed.

Skills and requirements

  • High school diploma or associate degree in IT or any relevant field.
  • None to less than one year of relevant working in experiences.
  • Basic understanding of various electronic telecommunications devices in financial institution.
  • Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office and Bank’s software.
  • Good customer services skills.
  • Good problem solving, negotiation and interpersonal skill.
  • Strong dedication to accuracy and efficiency.
