ABA joins Easy Cash network to bring more convenience to cardholders
29/Jun/2015

After signing the agreement and passing all necessary procedures, in June 2015 ABA Bank joined Easy Cash, the largest ATM network in Cambodia, to bring more convenience to its cardholders.
This initiative provides ABA VISA cardholders with easy access to their ABA accounts through the larger number of ATMs shared by partnering banks in Cambodia. From now on, all ABA VISA cardholders can withdraw cash or check their account balance at any Easy Cash member ATM at affordable low commissions:
- Cash withdrawal transaction - $0.50
- Balance enquiry transaction - $0.10
All the transactions of ABA cardholders in ABA ATMs are still free.
Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Sanzhar Abdullayev, Head of Card Services Department in particular said, “We are happy to join Easy Cash ATM network and bring our clients more convenience in managing their finances. This is a great step towards enhancing our service and customer care. I hope more local banks will join the Easy Cash network in future, so that usage of payment cards in the country will be more beneficial to Cambodians.”
By joining, ABA becomes the eighth participant of the Easy Cash network that gives access to ATMs from Cathay United Bank, Cambodia Mekong Bank, Canadia Bank, UCB Bank, Campu Bank, FTB Bank, CAB Bank and ABA Bank that bear the Easy Cash logo. Currently, the Easy Cash network covers more than 440 ATMs with more machines to be installed in order to meet their customer’s increasing demands.
Currently, Easy Cash network negotiates with the other two world’s popular payment systems, MasterCard and China UnionPay in order to join them to the network. That will also allow the cardholders of these two systems to benefit from using the Easy Cash ATM network.
As of July 1, 2015 ABA Bank has more than 47,000 active cardholders and the second largest ATM network in Cambodia with 110 ATMs.
Easy Cash Network is a Visa Plus domestic ATM network operated jointly by eight member banks in Cambodia. The network was established on 28 August 2008.
