Job Description

The Senior Relationship Manager, Corporate & Institutional Banking is responsible for actively managing and growing customer base through and leveraging customer/ network referral to ensure effective business development for the designated sub-segment. The Manager will collaborate product owners and other stakeholders to ensure effective and value-adding services are delivered to customer. 


  • Head Office, Phnom Penh (04 Posts).

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Grow business through increased product volume, new customer acquisition, and increasing the number products consumed by each customer in the portfolio. 
  • Develop and implement customer strategies in conjunction product owners and relevant parties to identify and deliver the right banking solutions based on identified banking needs. 
  • Implement active 'call program' to increase customer base by designated target sub-segment and industry through effective relationship with existing customer, new acquisition and/or referral network.
  • Proactively develop and maintain detailed understanding customer’s business and financial needs as part of account planning strategy and implementation.
  • Collaboratively work with product owners and other stakeholders to implement action plan derived from the need-based analysis and agreement, while continually coordinating to resolve any constraints be identified.
  • Proactively work with product owners and other business units to identify opportunities and to offer bespoke and off-the-shelf banking solutions.  
  • Develop effective relationships with internal stakeholders and colleagues to deliver seamless service to customer. 
  • Ongoing vigilance and depending of overall relationship development strategy while adhering to regulatory, audit and internal compliance policies when executing business transaction.

Skills and Specifications

  • Minimum two years of working experiences in banking and financial services a strong track record of sales performance exposed in SME and Business Banking.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy and customer focus.
  • Good teamwork, problem solving, negotiation and interpersonal skill.
  • Strong to accuracy and efficiency.
