Public announcement on thresholds for over the counter transactions in the branch

Dear customer,
To ensure the consistent quality of our operations and to minimize physical contact between frontline and clients for curbing the spread of COVID-19, we implement thresholds for the over-the-counter transactions.
From 07 June 2021 onwards, we will only process the following transactions at the branch counter:
| Transaction type | USD | KHR |
| Cash Deposit | 5,000 and above | 4 million and above |
| Cash Withdrawal | 3,000 and above | |
| Account to Account | 100,000 and above | 200 million and above |
For cash transactions below the limits above, please use our ATMs, Cash-in Machines, or Cash Recycling Machines in any branch or visit one of ABA 24/7 self-banking spots near you.
Use the ABA Mobile app for transactions between ABA accounts and all your daily banking needs with convenience and safety.
If your business often receives cash payments from customers, we recommend applying for an ABA POS terminal or a static QR code so you can go cashless and receive money directly on your ABA account, without dealing with small or unfit notes.
