According to National Bank of Cambodia’s Prakas No. B7.017.1058 Sor.Chor.Nor on “Prevention to use, circulate, buy, sell, settle and promote Crypto Currencies and similar electronic commodities not certified by the National Bank of Cambodia in the banking and financial system in Cambodia”, we would like to inform you on the following:

• ABA has neither used, circulated, traded, promoted Bitcoin or any other crypto currencies and similar electronic commodities not certified by the National Bank of Cambodia, nor partnered with any entity / individual involved in such activities.
• ABA has never been in partnership with any High Yield Investment Program (HYIP) that promises unreasonably high return on investment with the use of Bitcoin and other crypto currencies. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for any result of your collaboration with such initiatives.
