Our Borei Keyla branch becomes bigger and opens 12/7

In order to accommodate the growing demand among customers, ABA Bank today is relaunching its Phnom Penh’s Borei Keyla branch that received larger premises and extended working hours.
In addition to the mezzanine floor of Delano Business Center building that is now fully dedicated to the teller area, the Branch has got a scaleup to the ground floor of the business center building, where the customer service area is now placed. After the renovation, the Branch has more teller and customer service counters, modern ATMs and Cash-in Machines, as well as dedicated professional staff to deliver service adequately to the valued customers.
Another important change is the extended operation hours of the Branch that now runs from 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Sunday.
“Borei Keyla has recently become one of the fastest growing areas in Phnom Penh. Due to this rapid development, the demand for banking services at the branch has also been rising constantly. Therefore, it is vital for us to expand our space and improve operations to respond to the demand while maintaining the level of service quality,” said Him Makara, Branch Manager at Borei Keyla.
“Now, we have a greater capacity with 12 telling windows and 9 CSA counters to serve more customers during the working hours. In addition, we also installed additional ATMs and self-banking machines to provide our customers with access to their accounts 24/7,” he added.
