ABA supports AmCham’s Charity Gala Dinner as Diamond Sponsor

ABA Bank, the largest Cambodian commercial bank1, proudly became Diamond Sponsor of the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) Annual General Meeting 2023 & Charity Gala Dinner. The event was held on 1 March 2023 in Phnom Penh.
The Annual General Meeting 2023 was honored with a keynote remark by Mr. W. Patrick Murphy, the U.S. Ambassador to the Kingdom of Cambodia. The AGM 2023 was dedicated to recapping AmCham's successes throughout 2022, including the announcement of the new Board of Governors.
Lt. Gen. Hun Manet, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces and Commander of the Cambodian Army, delivered a keynote remark during The Charity Gala Dinner event. The purpose of the dinner was to raise awareness of the momentous return of Cambodian's stolen national treasures and to begin raising funds and support for the Cambodian Treasures Foundation.
In line with its corporate social responsibility principles, ABA plays an important role in contributing to the community's development. We hope that our support of this event will contribute to the further development of AmCham’s activities and will facilitate important work of Cambodian Treasures Foundation.
The Cambodian Treasures Foundation was established in partnership with the Royal Government of Cambodia to provide financial support for the return of Cambodian national treasures and artifacts to the country.
