ABA sponsors “Family Day” at Footprints

For the second year in a row, ABA Bank proudly sponsored the "Family Day" hosted by Footprints International School in Phnom Penh. The event took place on 13 and 27 February 2016, at Downtown Sports Club covering school students aged 6 years and up and the preschoolers aged 2-5 years old.
The main objective of the “Family Day” is to strengthen relations in families, create opportunity for them to spend more time with their parents and get a portion of positive emotions from joint activities. As part of its contribution, ABA Bank set up face painting and coloring activities for the kids.
“We are happy to see the families and their community getting closer to each other during the day,” said Chandina Chap, ABA’s PR Manager. “Such events are in line with our Corporate Social Responsibility policy and deliver positive contribution to the community by playing a beneficial role in the lives of our customers,” she added.
In total around 1,200 participants attended the event including school kids, their parents and friends. There were different activities for children to play and compete including the ball relay, water balloon competition, ring toss, bowling games and more. The “Family Day” event ended with a lucky draw.
