ABA joins 5th International Industrial Fair and Exhibition

On August 21-24 2015, ABA Bank joined the 5th Cambodian International Industrial Fair and Exhibition organized by Chan Chao International Company and supported by the Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Industry and Handicrafts.

Experts from ABA’s Trade Finance department and several branches joined to promote the most suitable products and services, such as Trade Finance tools, deposits, and SME loans among visitors and representatives of local and international industrial companies.

Mr. Ly Sambath, Head of Trade Finance Department of ABA Bank commented on the occasion, “This exhibition is a good chance to promote trade finance and other ABA services to both local and international industrial companies. We put many efforts to develop new products and are confident that they help to manage businesses in a modern and secure way.” 

Held at Phnom Penh’s Koh Pich Exhibition Center, the Cambodian International Industrial Fair and Exhibition aims to promote the industrial development and increase of foreign investment in Cambodia, especially to boost the import/export activities and create opportunity for entities to upgrade their old equipment as well as to seek for cooperation and discover new business contacts.

Around 100 companies from Canada, China, Germany, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Republic of Belarus, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam participated in the event. The specimens of modern machinery and equipment for garment industry and agriculture sector were displayed for four days.
