ABA becomes official supporter of National Football Team

ABA Bank, member of National Bank of Canada group, and the Football Federation of Cambodia (FFC) have signed an agreement according to which the Bank becomes the official supporter of the Cambodian National Football Team.
Considering sports as one of the main pillars of its corporate social responsibility, ABA assigns its sponsorship funds to support the national team’s training, operations, and general expenditures to compete in the international football tournaments in 2019-2020.
During this year, the national football team will participate in four friendly matches against national teams from Asian countries. The matches will take place in June, September, October and November. The first match against the national team of Pakistan will kick off today, June 6, at 6:30 pm at the Olympic Stadium in Phnom Penh.
ABA Bank has been continuously supportive of the sports sector. Apart from the national football team, the Bank sponsors the Tennis Federation of Cambodia and the annual ITF Juniors Cup. ABA also supported judo and equestrian sports.
