You can choose the principal repayment method (declining or balloon method) up to 5 years based on your financial ability.

	Requirements
A.	Be a legal person (Cambodian or foreign resident) aged from 18 years;
B.	Have your own residential address;
C.	Have your own collateral;
D.	Be currently employed or self-employed with proved income or some other evidence to ensure your repayment ability;
E.	Present your identity card, family record book, title deed, and other relevant documents to our credit officer. Our credit officer will help you fill the loan application form for free at our office.
